Lisa closes the door behind her and walks back collapsing fatigued on the bed. "You just going to sleep like that?" Vicki questions jokingly, Lisa opens her eyes and weakly says "I was thinking about it." Nigel chuckles "Well that's my cue to go you ladies have a pleasant sleep." He says as he stands up and walks towards the door "Night Nigel!" Lisa calls after him before she starts to giggle uncontrollably, tiredness getting the better of her. Vicki follows him to the door and into the hall, closing the door slightly so Lisa couldn't hear them whispering. "Thanks Nige, you had perfect timing." He whispers back "What were you doing? Listening to them from behind the washroom door?" Vicki smirks and shrugs her shoulder "I can't help it if they are noisy when they make out... but I couldn't let it go any further... that's why I sent you that text... oh make sure you delete it..." "But why did I have to come down?" he asks perturbed. "I couldn't be the one to disturb them,.. I couldn't chance them questioning me about what I've told them both. It had to be you..." "I think that Marcus suspects something... did you catch the look he gave us." Vicki smiles wickedly "Don't worry about him. I'll take care of that. You just be ready." "Vic, I really don't like this. She seems like a really great girl, he really Loves her." Vicki rolls her eyes at him "I Love him, I have for years and I'm not going to let some little tramp ruin what I know is meant to be. You weren't there in the Bahamas, I went there to tell him, but all he could talk about was Her. Do you know how much it hurts to have to act all supportive?" Vicki quickly steps back into the room, dismissing her cousin with a wave, closing the door behind her she leans her back against it.
Marcus walks back down the hall to his room, he had hoped to tell Lisa about his feelings about Vicki and Nigel. He didn't like them, there was something odd about the two of them, something that set off little alarms in the back of his head, he just couldn't figure out what. He had tired to mention it to Rob who brushed him off saying that Vicki had been friends with the family for years that all the stuff about Alex had just put his guard into overdrive, and not to worry about it. Marcus couldn't help but worry about it, he was there to protect Lisa she had become a Good Friend as well as a client and he didn't want to see her hurt. He had planned on telling her to watch her back, to watch what she told Vicki, but he couldn't very well do it with her sitting right there. Well, no matter what he was going to keep an eye on this girl and her cousin, and he would tell Lisa to do the same, as soon as he could.
Vicki walked back into the room to find Lisa had changed and climbed into her bed, her eyes barely open. "Marcus is nice. You two seem really close?" Vicki exclaimed Lisa opens her eyes and pushed herself up on her elbow to look at Vicki. "Huh?" her tiredness clearly evident. Vicki sits on the edge of Lisa's bed and smiles, a little too sweetly "Marcus. He seems like a really great guy... and he's not bad to look at." Lisa giggles "He's pretty hot I guess.... am I sensing that someone likes him?" she teases. Vicki struggles not to roll her eyes "I think someone might." She says not referring to herself. She then adds "It's odd to see a body guard and... I guess... Boss ... that are as close as you and him are." Lisa looks at her stunned "Really... What about Rob and the Boys... I mean they are like brothers...(she then giggles) ... well adopted brothers... you know I would love to meet Rob's Mom... because any woman who could raise a big boy like that deserves a medal." Vicki forces a chuckle, the topic is straying from where she wants it to be. "I just mean that you two seem more ... I don't know... there just seems to be something special between the two of you." Lisa shrugs "I don't know ... I've never had a bodyguard before... I just think of him as a Really Good Friend... I forget that he's just doing his job." Vicki smirks "It is his job tough... it's not like you confide in him or anything." Lisa blushes "Well?..." Vicki's heart starts to pound excitedly, she knew she was about to get the information that she was looking for. She tries to calm her voice as she says "Really? You have?" Lisa smiles and nods "Yeah but how could I not. He's been living with me 24/7 for the last couple of months, ever since Kevin hired him. When the tour started everyone else had left me and Marcus was there in my house. What was I supposed to do ignore him? So we talked and I mean we talked a lot. I probably know more about Marcus's childhood than I do about Kevin's and visa versa."
