@yusoupoff So Yusoupoff, are you normally that defensive? You should really read the whole comment before you respond so harshly. I was merely referring to ignorant northerners of the 1940s and 50s who spread the rumor. They didn't realize that anyone who grew up in Nashville singing gospel in churches would have a special something in their voice. They used to say the same thing about Elvis. I was a Dinah and Ella fan since before you were born so calm down kid.
