economies doing well = cut taxes
economies doing poorly = cut taxes
skies blue = cut taxes
skies falling = cut taxes
My question is how do you pay for all of this crap that you want to pay for without depreciating the value of the American Dollar. The answer is that you can't without paying for it with taxes
