Balita ko may namatay na naman jan sa inyo last saturday, June 14 dahil naipit sa grinder. I read it from newspaper... sadly di pa rin napapaigting ang mga safety programs jan, if there's any... Base sa source ko, hndi kagad nasaklolohan ang biktima. Wala rin kasi atang certified na mga safety personnel (emergency response team) ang company nyo in times of emergency situations...
