Community Guidelines Bullshit

This can't be fucking happening. Hate Speech? Hate speech my ass...

I'll set up a back-up account in case I get a second strike from JewTube and it's bullshit community of hipsters.

This text was the following warning I received:

"The YouTube Community has flagged one or more of your videos as inappropriate. Once a video is flagged, it is reviewed by the YouTube Team against our Community Guidelines. Upon review, we have determined that the following video(s) contain content in violation of these guidelines, and have been disabled:

As our Community Guidelines outline, YouTube is not a venue for things like predatory behavior, stalking, threats, harassment, bullying or intimidation. There are no excuses for such behavior and we will not accept it on our site.

Your account has received one Community Guidelines warning strike, which will expire in six months. Additional violations may result in the temporary disabling of your ability to post content to YouTube and/or the permanent termination of your account.

@DiaperSector Does that say August 23, 2011 of when you received the strike? If so, that's exactly the same day that I got my strike. I also was falsely flagged for hate speech but although I appealed it the day after I haven't heard anything of YouTube of whether they would accept or reject my appeal. At least you knew that they took some sort of action on your appeal although it was very unfair but for me it's like as if they never reviewed my appeal.

@DiaperSector Even though the appeal failed, the videos are still up. What's the deal? Failing the appeal doesn't seem like a losing situation then.

@Duvmasta Nope, as explained by my friend Vincent here. Although I don't 4chan often, I use it as a gesture/non-racial slur. Otherwise, I would've made oven references. I did this due to the YouTube staff's unwise decisions of rejecting my appeal to restore the videos that were flagged by some unfunny jackass.

@Duvmasta 4chan internet culture uses "jew" as a trollish/inflammatory gesture, and not out of a real sense of hatred/discrimination. So I would say "no"
