@nevadadude1968 The church's influence and expenses are tremendously overestimated in this film. The church has not been leading any charge against same sex marriage. The church doesn't support same sex marriage, but the only force behind same sex marriage is the force in favor of it. The opposition is completely reactionary, not preemtive.

Me thinks he doth protest too much.
You can throw facts, documents and whatever, and he'll continually deny that the church did anything in Prop 8. Hell, even if the church president came out and said "your right, we did it all," johnrhysmusician would still deny it.

@cryan71 I can see that he has a "Trained Mind" and believes in his position as much as the next Latter-day saint but Im sure glad he isnt on the federal Jury in this case for the sake of thousands of other people

the evidence is in federal court right now, as much as they want to deny it, the LDS church has lead this hate crusade back from the 1960's under the same exact slogan "to protect the sanctity of marriage" when they tried to block interracial marriage under the same slogan..as a Mormon I denounced my membership over this issue in "Todds final testimony" as a 7th generation Mormon ive never been so ashamed of what my church has done to others, Christ would never do what the mormons have...

@JohnRhysMusician Yes I wish you were right about the lies ...facts like these are hard to deny when they are used as evidence in Federal Court, I myself can relate to not wanting to believe the things this film contains, its hard to ignore it
