  • Awesome I don't know why I didn't think of L.E.D's before. Thanks!

  • I thought it was fiber optic too but it looked more like fur when it was turned off so I don't know....

  • Does anyone know where I can get a tail like this?

  • The tail had 600ish LEDs in it, he has to wear Lead battery packs and a control to make the tail make different colors...If I remember he said it cost like like $2000-$3000 to make...The thing weighs ten pounds! LOL

  • oh my god

    This is EPIC

"Eh, well, you don't need to see the person."

  • THAT IS AWESOME D: im soo jelly

  • Epic, EPIC furry tail! I want one of those!!

  • where'd that tail come from :) soo cool

  • ooooh shiney

  • I'm curious as to what material this tail is made out of...I know that Philips has a light-emiting fabric called "Lumilive", and I wonder if Skan knows about this material.

  • Sadly, to build such a tail would be too cost prohibitive. THis was built as a proof of concept, and according to Skan himself, would cost somewhere around $15,000-20,000 to make it worth his time.
