Filmed by my father, Neil Collins.
(9V-SKC) Landing at Sydney aboard SQ221 from Singapore.
Descent and landing at Sydney, Runway 34L. It was a bit of a wet morning in Sydney and Dad captured the flap extension and descent through clouds right through to landing and exiting the runway. I have to say he did a pretty good job with the filming!
He managed to fly aboard an A380 way before me so this was for my own benefit as well. I was surprised at how loud the flaps were in motion.

That's one of the best A380 videos i've seen. And Wow when the spoilers open. *****

@mikeycbd Thanks Mikey! My Dad did a great job and was happy for me to share it. He's surprised at the positive reaction as well. I think he had a fortunate seat and opportunity to capture here, thankfully he did :) Cheers mate!

@AbraxasVideo Hi there, great video. I plan and hope to fly on the 380 in the next 2 years in hopes to visit Australia via Qantas Airways from LAX. Are the seats pretty comfortable for about a 15 hour flight? I sure hope so but either way it will be worth the trip.

@Probowler37 Hey there, I can't comment on the seats for either Singapore or Qantas as I haven't flown on their A380's, although Dad seemed to think SQ's were quite comfy. There's a fair bit of extra room on the lower deck too due to the shape of the fuselage. I flew on an Emirates A380 and found the seats more comfortable than most.
