www.fired.tv This week's job tip is how to handle group interviews. The group or panel interview is a derivation of the common one-on-one interview. Unfortunately, most people get flustered because there is more than one person in the room. As a rule of thumb, you want to remember to sell your background as a solution to the hiring company's needs. One tip I have for you is to gather 2 or 3 of your friends and have them bombard you with questions. This will help prepare you for the group interview.
Remember, the same rules apply to group interviews as to one-on-one interviews. The key is to practice in a group setting prior to your interview. www.fired.tv
It would be better to gather random people on the street to ask you questions. You're still comfortable with your friends and things often lead to fooling around.
Useless tip is fucking useless. =.=

I would have never thought of having my friends get together and all question me at once. Good idea! I also like that the audio is written out in the box to the right.
