I'm trying to run a Les Paul Studio through a pedal board (analog pedals: Boss MD2 dist, Boss Delay and Boss Chorus) and then on to the R16, however the guitar signal sounds like crap, harsh and digitally processed. I'm a noob at recording. I hope I am making some sort of mistake and that it is possible to get a decent guitar sound this way... any ideas?

@meadish to tell you the truth I run through amplitube and guitar rig I havent done much on the r16 standalone

its mainly a audio interface/controll surface for me. I have ordered a new board anyway as this is for quick projects basically expensive scratch pad

@biblelover777 if your talking about cubase i dont know it comes with i cheap copy and i dont use cubase but other than that its just drivers so as many as you want

for a vid on sound recording the sound is shit or is it just me being a pain???? I just dont get it!! the vid aint even white balanced!!! the unit looks yellow.

Enough complaining I got one vital question DOES THIS MACHINE SUPPORT * TRACK 48Khz recording???? I need this facility in a mobile device as I work in film primarly

this video wasnt meant for great sound i just opened it out of the box and as far as video quality it was a very cheap camera i just wanted to see how quick i could have it up and running so if your here to dis dont watch it ya dig
