Hi Laura, I really love that bag. I just wanted to say that I've heard that once the bag is worn a bit, the straps get more comfortable on the shoulder. Also, I'm curious to see how big it is while it's worn. I'm debating on the GM vs PM

Yes, I returned my Tivoli for the same reason you state. I found it bulky and heavy a little hard to handle for me. The Gallliera, though huge, is amazingly light, so I traded the Tivoli for the Azur Galliera.
