This is indeed a "bedroom programmer" game - a completely solo effort. I wrote it for the ST originally in 1985, then I ported it to the Amiga without changing any of the graphics or sound. It was the second game I wrote. The first was Zone X for the 8-bit Atari 400 and 800 in 1983.
The levels do repeat after level 10, but not only do the number of aliens increase, so does the hit count required to destroy background objects.

If I recall correctly I had a cracked/ripped version that did not have sound-effects just a music run on loop. :P
Curse those crack-groups..not.

This is 23 years old! It was already an oldish game when I had it with my first Amiga in the early 1990s.

i play this with my older brother when i was 12 or some. it was our favourite game

Did you sell many copies? I bought it when I was a kid.

Hah. I remember playing this back in the 1990s. It doesn't ooze high production values or anything, but it was sold very cheaply so no problem. It's actually quite fun with two players.

This game had poor graphics and sound for the Amiga, but it was enjoyable, especially in two player mode, that was brilliant fun
What the fuck!??! I've made it past that! I thought I was going to finally see the ending to this ridiculous game. I love the eye popping sound.

The game doesnt have an ending unfortunately, theres 10 stages - they repeat endlessly untill you die.
