Nettel Holdings (NTTL.OB) announced that AVI TELECOM CORP of Vietnam, has issued a letter of intent to purchase Nettel's Vietnamese Portable Speech Interpreter Solutions. The Vietnamese Portable Speech Interpreter Solutions will work on cell phones, portable PDA devices, and laptops, and offers users the ability to read any written Vietnamese word or phrases out loud.

Bederra Corporation (BDRR.PK) announced in December that the stock would officially begin trading as Bederra Corporation (BDRR.PK) Following the announcement Bederra Corporation (BDRR.PK) announced the all-stock acquisition of Diagnos, Inc. for 15 million restricted common shares of Bederra Corporation stock.
