O M G!! I knew she was a great singer, but never have I heard her sing with so much conviction as she did with this song. She just saaaaang the original version out of the place. Fantastic Job!

Holy moly!!! I've been listening to this song since it first came out in the 60's, when I fell in love with it instantly. I've listened to everybody's version. But I have to say this is the first time I have EVER heard it sung with the soul and passion it was intended to have. Far from killing it, Miss Cissy breathed new life into it and enshrined it. I can't believe this version has been languishing somewhere unappreciated for 42 years.
