I'm going to curl up on the sofa tonight and read ahead in the TW book. That's amazing the book would've eventually gotten me to where the Spirit led me this weekend. I think it's because I've experienced the wellness that comes from eating healthy that I was prompted to change so quickly. Hope you continue to post videos, they are so helpful to me. Wow, that's cool! I guess I kinda unintentionally was moved forward to phase 2, but I am going to continue on and am on Day 8 today. I wouldn't trade Thin Within for anything. Thin Within was the missing link to my relationship with food. Thin Within took the head knowledge and put it in my heart. Thanks so much for posting a video response!! Your Sister in Christ,

Right! You were ready for phase 2 already! I tried to post and it said text response was disabled. "Raising Fit Kids in a Fat World" (Halliday and Jack) goes into depth about "The Fit Kids Food Target." About chapter 12 in TW, is a discussion of pleasers, teasers, and whole body pleasers (and total rejects, of course!). God shows us how each food works or doesn't and we can mentally make note of where they fit in the categories and choose them (or not) accordingly.
