We went hunting again this Christmas and business has been good! Ever since Battlefield 2, Shooting down helicopters has been a proud tradition for us. Thing is, we don't ever use guided missiles to do this.
Missiles can be flared and rockets dodged, but nothing could save all of those countless, brave pilots from an immaculately-placed head or heart shot. No lock warnings, just instant death.
Operation Fly Swatter was an approximately week-and-a-half-long effort, primarily by Seklar and Terminox, to hunt the biggest and baddest beasts of the battlefield.

So uh, Its'' nice tath you killed pilots, but do you ever go capture the objectives, and win the round? Or do you help by keeping skies clear and burning enemy tickets?

@mattkiefs We do a bit of both. Having us on the field generally means there's no air threat from helicopters on rush maps - since we are a lot more effective than the people sitting about trying to use stingers.

hey terminox (or anyone else really), do you have any tips on how to determine how high to shoot above your enemy to compliment the bullet drop? i always seem to shoot to low and the bullet misses them or too high and it soars over them

@TheFrozenBay My advice is to pick a rifle you like most and stick with it. You'll eventually get a good 'feel' of the bullet's drop over long ranges and be able to play it by eye. Using different rifles whilst trying to do this will make it hard, since they all behave and handle differently. Good luck!
