Let me take you back to my roots as I grub on some good ole Korean food. This meal consists of marinated beef served with brown rice & pickled daikon.

  • @sanitary103 in ways you are correct, it is pickled radish lol. but the actual name of the dish is kkakdugi...aka radish kimchi . your mom probably didnt want to correct you because she doesnt want you to feel embarrassed :-P

  • @SAYZLEE thanks. I have to talk to my mom about this one. I believe you 100%. I just don't know why my mom never corrected me after all these years, lol

  • @sanitary103 mu is the korean word for radish :-)

  • @SAYZLEE you're right. so what's "moo" then? I must have confused the two.

  • Thats actually a type of kimchi itseld. Called kakduggi

  • @PittsburghArab if you're trying to get more lean and it's a non workout day, I would say yes. on workout days, you need more carbs especially post workout.
