@maahigupta81 mine too, but I never got around to doing it on the internet. I modify all the old traditional recipes to suit the modern times & revise them depending on the availability of ingredients, time & the health needs of an individual. I started doing it about 30 yrs ago, & still continue to do it. Also, I experiment with making them simpler & less labor intense if possible. You are doing a good job.

@maahigupta81 You are welcome...this is a very common thing that I have been saying for a very long time...I grew up in a house with both, kaddu plants in the kitchen garden & a couple of Sitaphal trees along with amrood, aam, jamun & papeeta, banana, & aanwla trees on the property

FYI...Kaddu is Kashiphal. Sitaphal is something else. ie is calles custard apple in english, & also called shareefa. Kaddu chhika can be used in cooking. But you cannot eat sitaphal. & sitaphal is only very small, kaddu is huge. Why do people keep denying their mistake in calling kaddu sitaphal? The always say, "you can call it..." It is like you can call an onion mango also...no, onionm is not the same as mango, & u can't call it that.
