@Cup353 that is why China bought it out after the crisis; I'm not a hater of the US, they have brought us the culture of the 20th century, but as I see the current circumstances and development in China, I am pretty sure, that it is the worlds new superpower. @doug5217 Nuclear power should not be considered when comparing two nuclear nations such as Russia and the USA, because both countries have enough nukes to wipe out the entire world.

Also, air and naval superiority is what would matter between two modern day super powers, not necessarily troops. What good are troops on their land if you don't hold air superiority and they get bombed and killed? Russia's navy is outdated and their air force is small compared to the US.
