It's OK special effects, I guess, but like other people said, the actions of the people in the video make zero sense. This was clearly created by people who don't come from a tornado-prone region.

Even though it is just a silly commercial, why the hell anyone would exit a shelter to go out into a tornado is beyond me. And they crouch behind a flimsy fence as if that will protect them.
