Sigur Rós were breath taking, seriously beautiful. My Bloody Valentine were fucking Belting, Foals were CRAZY deadly. My 3 favourite shows.

it was my first picnic and i was a bit dissapointed by the line up but it turned out to be a great weekend partly because you weren't rushing from stage to stage. Band of the festival goes to the Midnight Juggernauts who were on at the rediclous time of 3.15 on the saturday. Runners up go to The Gutter Twins, Grinderman, MBV, Underworld and of course Henry Rollins. Pivot were also good. The crowds were great, saw zero trouble.

Cont.. Foals were my highlight, never seen anything like it. George Clinton, Roots and Conor Oberst also were highlights. Disagree about My Bloody Valentine, I couldnt hear the vocals at all for the first 20 minutes and felt no buzz whatsoever. As a result I strolled disappointedly over to Conor who finished off my weekend perfectly. Toilets=grand and Stuff other than music was better than ever. Picnic pulled it off.

Love the plug at the end! Meant to ring you all weekend but lost your number.. Surprisingly enough too I didn't see you all weekend especially since we were at most of the same bands. Agree about Sigur Ros, seen them twice before as well and loved this times performance, brass=brilliant! I did however enjoy Crystal Castles. Warlords of Pez in the Asylum have to get a mention from me! What a set.. Crazyness in a nut shell.. Great craic + I got their drum stick!

best weekend ever!!! agree with alot of wot u said. sigur ros were excellent. the toilets were dodgy at times but im a veteran of the trip to tip so they were like palaces compared to back then... check us out on myspace if ur on it at "the automatoms"

Had the time of my life at Electric Picnic this year, it was like i died & went to heaven! Roll on next year.
