Make it FWD, an in-line gear box and distribute its mass evenly along, for two people in front. no seats in the back, just luggage and load. Use a tubular basis, over which you can attach a "modular" section for the passengers, doors (two) and the rest of things (dashboard, instrumentation, windows, etc) Use fiber glass heavily, and 3/4" Steel tubing, wide track in the back and air adjustable suspension for all three wheels. Preferably a water cooled engine so the Rad fluid, heating in winter.
