then youd be extinct smarty!

Not bad. Not bad at all. It moves just like a bird would which is what dinosaurs are more closely related to. Did this one spit water? We had the same exact Dilophosaurus years back here at the San Diego Wild Animal Park when they'd do their Dinosaur Mountain attraction. Obviously there were no indications that Dilophosaurus really could spit venom or toxins.

nurn it with fire!
Well, wether it's still there or not, it's alot better than most of the animatronics. Great job working on it!

How'd you make/gete the sound effects for it?
xIegionx 1 year ago
@xIegionx : Some were sourced from free sources on the net, some from paid for sound clips and a couple may have been grabbed from a series of dinosaur movies I'm sure we all know well. Then all the sounds were tweaked and mixed to make new sounds using PC software.

I'm pretty sure my teacher sculpted this...Weird to find the animatronic! Is it still up?
SyntheticJewel 2 years ago
@SyntheticJewel: It may well have been. It came to use as a foam casting in many peices. We had to make a fram and then join the peices together before assembling and skinning it.
As far as I know Combe Martin still has it on display, but I'm no longer a partner in the company that assembled and installed it there anymore!
