Loneliness is a cloak you wear
A deep shade of blue is always there

The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
The moon ain't gonna rise in the sky
The tears are always clouding your eyes
When you're without love, Baby

Emptiness is a place you're in
With nothing to lose but no more to win

The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
The moon ain't gonna rise in the sky
The tears are always clouding your eyes
When you're without love

Lonely
without you baby
Girl I need you
I can't go on

The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
The moon ain't gonna rise in the sky
The tears are always clouding your eyes
When you're without love, Baby

The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
Not anymore, bring back baby baby
The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
The sun ain't gonna shine anymore

The sun ain't gonna shine anymore
Bring back baby baby

  • Scott's haunting voice is awesome. One of the best vocalists of all time.

  • RIp John, alas. A great singer, there would be no Sun without him. And he was the best looking Brother too

  • used to buy a magazine called Rave in the 60's and think Scott was the Face in 67

Scotts Voice is awesome RIP John

  • One of the greatest songs ever recorded. Still induces goosebumps. RIP John.

  • R.I.P Johnny. One of the best singers at the 60´s. Great voice. We never forget you

  • He-s gone.........thankyou for the beautiful music.

  • R.I.P.

  • This was the Walker Brothers at their best! The vocals are live and the backing tracks were pre-recorded for this performance...not the original studio tracks. It sounds crisp and clean and Scott's vocal line are very expressive here. RIP John Maus and thanks for the wonderful memories!
