yes she should dance barefooted as it enhances sensuality - her costume should allow for a little exposure of upper thighs & hips as well

Gosto de dançar sem acessórios, pois acredito que o uso de véu/espada/bastão desvia a atenção do público. Mas com a Neon não é bem assim, ela dança maravilhosamente bem! Apreciei muito sua desenvoltura e tamanho equilíbrio!!

I love this video because it really shows off Neon's beautiful, graceful arms. For me, the arms and hands are what really separates the good dancers from the OK dancers. They should look like they have no bones in their arms when they dance. That's one of the reasons I don't care for Didem. She seems very stiff when she dances, and her arms are terrible. (I too prefer barefoot for belly dancers).
