Everyone does know that the technology there government gives them is probably a couple years old I pet mono input touch screens are waaaaaay old by now.

we have all of this now all they do is make the programes to work with the stuff they build its a was of time we have it but it cost loads. microsoft is just selling you a computer with a projector in it not hard to do.

So what your saying is that the video file you uploaded was in either 720p or 1080p? And that when you uploaded it, it got downgraded go crap quality? The video people are going to see is a non-HD video... which is what this is... regardless of whether or not the original video file was in HD; this uploaded video no longer is.

yes it is..you can upload a video thats hd, it dosnt have to have the hd button..but it does have the hd quality
