I wish that Supreme Court Justices were forced to retired at certain age. I do not trust potentially cenile judges there or in any other court by the same token making decisions on what is proper under the law.

why are people more interested in the race/gender of a person. We should be judged by the content of our heart, not by the color of our skin is what Martinl Luther King said. I believe that is true. She should not be put in because she does not have the quality of someone who looks at the constitution and believe what it means from the founders. She will not be a constitutionaly minded judge but a judge who votes on her own feelings. i dont care what color you are, protect the constitution.

Those two protestor's at the Judge's hearing didn't help their cause!

i used to be a democrat because republicans always got what they wanted. But now i see that they are no better, and i also see that democrats are just as arrogant as the republicans. Sotomayor is very likely to be picked, but it will be a step back for racism( her ruling on the firefighters) and a step back for this country.
