When a movie is filming, the studio will conduct interviews with the actors and crew for what's called an EPK (electronic press kit). This is released to the press when the movie is getting ready to be released as a way to help promote the film. With Summit Entertainment's Remember Me getting ready for release on March 12, they have provided me with an almost 9 minute interview with Robert Pattinson. He talks about his character, the story, making the film, his co-stars, director Allen Coulter, producer Nick Osbourne, what attracted him to the project, and shooting in New York City.

Here's the synopsis for Remember Me:

In the romantic drama Remember Me, Robert Pattinson plays Tyler, a rebellious young man in New York City who has had a strained relationship with his father (Pierce Brosnan) ever since tragedy separated their family. Tyler didnt think anyone could possibly understand what he was going through, until the day he met Ally (Emilie de Ravin) through an unusual twist of fate. Love was the last thing on his mind, but as her spirit unexpectedly heals and inspires him, he begins to fall for her. Through their love, he begins to find happiness and meaning in his life. Soon, hidden secrets are revealed and tragedy lingers in the air, as the circumstances that brought them together threaten to tear them apart.

I think we'll see Robert Pattinson go in an interesting direction once the Twilight series finishes because he clearly thinks carefully about who he chooses to plays and what he does.

Hehe, Robert is always so awkward in his interviews. He studders and pauses, gets confused about what he's saying, and cant quite figure out how to word what he means to say.

I do the same thing when I talk in front of people. I can relate to this guy so much, every time I see him as him self or in an iterview I feel like I'm watching a more atractive me. We have alot in common too, like our wierd fascination with microwave ovens.

I'm the only guy I know who has any respect for him.

when i saw the teacher write the date on the blackboard and then the shot of rob in the window of the tower, i had to pause the movie and couldn't turn it back on for a good 5 minutes. ...and then i cried through the rest of the movie and then for another hour after it was over. i didn't see it coming... and i watched it on 9/11, ironically

Would any watching this today help me? I thought it would be nice of these online rental places let people watch it today for free. I can't get through not having a credit card or accounts. Even if you try one. Amazon, Net Flex, etc. I don't know many but I'd bet they'd do it out of respect and kindness if someone brought it up to their attention. Please? Thank you . . . Songs

I finished watching Remember Me for the first time over an hour ago and i'm still crying my eyes out. It was such a touching movie, i was positively bawling. The end was amazing, no one saw that coming. Robert is such an amazing actor in everything he does and his haters are just jealous because he is the sexiest and most talented guy on the planet. Marry me, Rob? <3
