@ceebeetwo "A bit rushed i think ", yes, and "rushed" doesn't mean that the tempo was too fast. It means that the notes were not timed correctly between themselves. It sounds a little like the fiddler isn't confident that the guitar is going to be making the changes, or sees himself lagging some & playing catch-up. Very good intonation. It sounds like a good fiddler that hasn't worked enough with the guitarist to be totally comfortable. Still, not too bad, overall.

Yeah, fiddle should have been the most prominent thing in the mix. Also pretty bad camera work. The main subject for the camera should be The Star, which is going to be the person singing or the lead instrument that's playing. Rhythm guitarists are under-appreciated, but they are there to help the people on stage make the music, not for the audience.
Nobody comes out to a show just to hear the rhythm guitarist.

I heard others` rendition (slow) but I also enjoy this faster tempo for a change , just the same. Thanks for sharing!
