Hi everyone, I'm doing this 100 push up program. I'm trying to build on my upper chest so I'm doing inclined push ups instead of regular ones. If you have any questions please let me know. The workout is posted on the link below:

P.S. After I finished this workout I noticed my form was bad. The next video will have better form. One way to ensure better form is to flex your abs when you do your pushups. You can flex it by arching your back.

  • @TheAugeX Hi Glad to hear! Yes, you will definitely experience strength gains after the first 3 weeks, and even more upon completing the program. But I would say that this program is most effective for building endurance.

  • And also what would be the best way to do the push ups if i want to increase chest but also arm muscle?

    can i just go with the inclined as well?

  • @Hunterish1223 Well the basic idea is this. The closer your hands are together, the more it works your arms. The further away they are, the more it works your chest. Elevation simply increases the intensity, which works your muscles harder.

  • How many times a day do you have to go through the whole workout? just once a day?? or can you do twice?

  • @Hunterish1223 It's really up to you. I only did it once, everyday to every other day. Usually weekends off.
