@TheAugeX Hi Glad to hear! Yes, you will definitely experience strength gains after the first 3 weeks, and even more upon completing the program. But I would say that this program is most effective for building endurance.

And also what would be the best way to do the push ups if i want to increase chest but also arm muscle?
can i just go with the inclined as well?

@Hunterish1223 Well the basic idea is this. The closer your hands are together, the more it works your arms. The further away they are, the more it works your chest. Elevation simply increases the intensity, which works your muscles harder.

How many times a day do you have to go through the whole workout? just once a day?? or can you do twice?

@Hunterish1223 It's really up to you. I only did it once, everyday to every other day. Usually weekends off.
