im swimming for 11 years rite now and havin such a back doesnt come from swimming weight lifting or any other kind of sport..THIS IS JUST FKN DOPING!!
but nearly every top-athlete dopes so dont blame it an bernard..=(

Lots and lots of weight lifting, you don't get such a big body just by swimming.
But swimmers also naturally have a very wide ribcage, so once they start gaining muscle it's easier for them to look like beasts =)
