I got my hands on this awesome bootleg that was cut from 5150, entitled I Want Some Action. This sounds a lot like a 5150 song, and since it was never used, the riff was recycled for Eddie's SNL performance, and then Dirty Water Dog. Enjoy!

  • there are some really strong similarities to "Good Enough" from 5150...Listen to both tracks and let me know what u think !

  • I watch this vid about once a month. And suddenly now the latest comments all have negatives next to them (-1). Even the ones that have no opinion towards the music or which era was better. Looks like Hunkola, or some other Hagar-era hater is here.

  • @EnemyDown619

Thanks ED619... Just saw the new video of "Tattoo"... I say its nice. Just feels great to see the band back! Cheers!

  • @zuala5150 the new album is coming at 7 February 2012, sorry for bad english is not my mother language

  • EnemyDown619: Really don't know "Why" Just doesn't 'hit' me as the other tracks in

5150. "I want....Action" video is nice. I usually associate VH songs with

fighter planes, fast cars and anything that breaks the Speed Limit...

Btw: Do you know the background for "Inside" (5150)- why it was written/

for who etc.Are they coming out with an album this year?

    Cheers!

  • @zuala5150 why? it fuckin rocks

  • I just found out I have this on one of my bootlegs I made a few years ago. Isn't there a better version of this someplace? This sounds horrid!

  • Nice song.. But glad it didn't make it to '5150'

  • I didn't bother to go through all comments, but this ended up on Steve Lukather's album 'Lukather'. Song called "Twist the knife" were Eddie played bass on.

  • @downincognito72 - I think you misread my remark. I said "I can see why they left it off." I agree with your assessment. I just thought it was cool to hear something I hadn't heard before. Cheers.

  • @rickyb2112 this is a bit of a let down , not a bad song but it sounds like every other song off 5150 put together ? insides not great , Hagars lyrics r terrible on this , id say thats why they left it off
