@xPillows4Lyfe B or BB (Beyond Birthday) is in the spin-off novel, which focuses on the murders he committed. He was a Wammy kid.

@xPillows4Lyfe well, he's a fictional character, so I'd say no, but he does (or did, Kira kills him at the start of the series) exist in the Death Note universe. He isn't L's twin; he just dresses up like L (because he's crazy). :3
