8ft. from our Bed Room - 52nd street road construction

We are are 8 feet away from our home is the drive way for all the trailer backhoes, earth movers, asphalt and pipes and etc. driving with load crunchy rocks..since it help reduce dust but not much as you can see in the video clip here. The noise and dust starts every day including Saturdays and some Sundays at 5:45am to 7pm and late as 9:15pm!

We have called the city of Phoenix (Arizona)"Risk Management" and Department of Transportation and also City Health Department along with the Mayor's Office!
We are getting some response from the Mayor's office and a couple of Phoenix city counsel people and assistants.

It's been going on for almost three months now and will continue another two months from what we have told by city officials.

This is no way right for our safety and privacy and peace and enjoyment has been violated by any means having there "Drive Way 8 FEET AWAY FROM OUR HOME!"
