Maybe I should buy the Orange Box. It's only $30 now anyways, plus Ill be able to episode 1 and 2 normally, then I'm getting Xbox Live soon, so TF2 will be good. And I've never tried Portal.

One thing I failed to mention in the review is that Team Fortress 2 shipped with terrible net code, for the Xbox 360 version at least. To my understanding it hasn't been updated yet either.

im sold! i got a demo of PORTAL: STILL ALIVE and thought that it was totally mind-blowing and great and very different. I'm just curious though. With HL2 and HL2 episodes 1 & 2, how long do each campaign go for approx?

Half-Life 2 is a solid 10 hours if you speed through it, maybe 12 if you play around with the physics and do some exploring. HL2: Episode One is only about 4-6 hours, roughly. HL2: Episode Two probably about 6 hours, still short but some parts are challenging. Portal is only about 2 hours long.
