Actually, it wasn't a Specials song as theirs was only a cover version too. The original was by Dandy Livingstone from about 1967. It sounds like the mighty Judge Dread was having problems on this particular night as his vocal mike was a lot louder than the music. I wish I could have seen JD live, as the guy is a legend. In this version he doesn't stick to the lyrics of 'Rudi' anyway, he also adds lines from his own singles, and Max Romeo's 'Wet Dream' too, all of which can be found on You Tube.
