I just saw your video when I uploaded my own. I have the same problem. The last couple times it happened, I noticed that it was dawn or dust in the game. Maybe there's a connection?

I got this when I activated the beacons, hopefully it won't happen again. I also hope they patch this.

Got the same thing happening to me aswell once in a while, it's nothing wrong with your system, it's a bug inside the Game.
