This circuit consists of 6 exercises, alternating between upper and lower body and alternating sides as well.
In the video only 5 reps is shown on each side, but you can go higher, in the 12-15 rep range. The exercises start standing and then gradually make their way down to supine (lying down on your back ) exercises.
Shoulder Press
Bulgarian Split Squat - various dumbbell positions shown
Dumbbell Row - using bench
One leg romanian deadlift - 1st time the person in the video attempted this, needs to extend leg back more
One arm dumbbell chest press - alternate arm movement optional
One leg glute/ hip thrust - bench supported
