columbia mud disaster 2009

not our best but its the first competition of the year so its still a work in progress, also it was very muddy and wet and I'm the one that causes the domino effect at the end.

well our band director decided to let us go out there....big mistake.....i had a bloody nose and my flute ate it.....but that competition has never been a good one.

omg i remember this competition XD im from columbia and i remember how miserable it was working that day and having to see all the poor bands goin through that mud then i had to march in it myself TT^TT

I was scared during this...I didn't want to fall....and I didn't....No freshman fell. That was a scarring experience for my Freshman year

i'm from Sparkman High School, we didn't do to well at this competiton, but it was quite memorable. loved all our trombones afterwards, cuz they got to sit in the mud. (upside of being a flute, barely went in the mud!) haha. great competition overall, i know it's late but congrats Grissom! can't wait to to yall at next years game. :)
