WET Design, creator of Bellagio's fountains, did a rebuild of the Mirage volcano years ago and, now, did this new design. I'm extremely impressed - WET likes working with fire, but only a few of their installations (Rose Area in Portland, Crown Casino in Melbourne, Branson Landing in Missouri, Viejas Casino near San Diego, and now this) use it.

Ok, that explains why they shut the volcano down in September. I guess they were updating it's effects.
