Retired MSgt sends a salute those who have served. Vietnam Vet 66-67 with a total of 26 years service. I am proud of my service. My son curently is in ROTC at NC State and will be a 2 Lt May 09. It has been a family tradition. Thank you , all of you - salute

I had no idea we were being attacked by Iraqi's? Lybians? whos the enemy? Just blindly follow orders and shoot at who the government tells us is the bad guys? Ever think the government lies? As of this date, 19 people on the "dislike" column do not know what it is to be American or realize the very freedoms provided to them from our men and women in uniform. A beautiful, touching and well written song. It is based off of a poem by a Navy SEAL Cdr Mark Waddell who lost several of his team in the sandbox.
