cutting off extra exhaust
it might be differnt for you but it worked for me
i do not take any responsbilty if you stuff it up you probably wont but just incase...

@assassinator48 i have same on my scooter i think is same can you tell me did you fix that and did you remove that black part with wires and how did you reconnect wires after unplugging that piece i see one scooter with out and i did not se how is reconnect i try that scooter with out and is 3 or more times stronger on the start i did not try to go fast i think is vary fast.

@assassinator48 yes put a ball bearing to block the hose! it is called e g r exhaust gas recirculation, a cheap way to de stroke an engine is to pass inert (burnt exhaust gas) gas through the intake, if half the mixture cannot burn the explosion will be smaller, most countries have laws about this. use a ball bearing and nobody need know.
