@jiggahippo will when you run out of money kind of hard to keep taking class's, I would have been a third degree black belt by now.I was going to Gilbert Valdeze in Tucson AZ.He was one of ED Parkers first students.Jeff Speakman was also one of Gilbert Valdez's students and I know jeff. but Like i said when Money's tight and you have kids mouths to feed, which would you give up.

Actually, Kempo is American. Kenpo is Chinese Hardstyle.
Ex: Kempo Unlimited- Kickboxing, Grappling. Kenpo Karate- Guan Fa or Chinese Boxing

I took Kenpo only made it to Yellow belt.it just takes way to long to learn and then to put it to use in the streets,I know Ed and those that started American Kenpo really did use it in Hawaii.I think most of the original guy including Ed Parker have passed on
