There is something so magical about this movie... something so nostalgic, so romantic, so lovely... I always watched the end with the feeling that I never wanted it to end, and feeling sad when it was over!  Does anyone else feel the same way?!?

my daughter really like this movie.. she's watching the movie atleast 3x a day, when she wakes up, when she go to sleep at noontime & before going to sleep at night.this wonderful

i am so touched... i don't know how i can possibly explain how i feel, you cannot imagine that i get into contact with this i watched 27 years ago.it is so deep, so real and heart touching. thanks a lot to you all who made this possible and even you you put in up here on you tube for us to enjoy.i am greatful to the Almighty God who has been merciful and kept our beloveD Julie Adrews and team alive for us to see them. I love the movie sound of music grew up watching it had to see the kids all grown up most I can name but there was a few that I wasnt sure about cause they changed so much.Its an epic movie that will be around long after im gone.

My favorite two movies are Sound of Music and the Wizard of Oz, hands down. The Sound of Music, though, stirs up feelings that are hard to describe and overwhelming. Perhaps it's because it was so sad that Nazism ruined so many lives, incl. the Von Trapp's (temporarily, than God). So glad to see that the actors stayed friends for life..........
