  • Same motherboard, but different processor, similar graphics card (same model #), same SATA configs, onboard Ethenret works, auido is hell with fizz, USB Audio works awesome!

  • @1AppleMaker onboard audio ports and mic ports works great with dsdt and legacyhda.kext

  • @nandor690 Oh, really? Because I tried VoodooHDA 7.1.2 and it worked OK, but not great. But thanks for the suggestion! You've been helpful! I will install it, if can.

  • @1AppleMaker Also, make sure you use the applehda.kext rollback installer. It will roll it back to 10.6.2.

Also, if you are upgrading to Lion, everything works exactly the same!!!

    Happy hackintoshing :-)

That is exactly why, and that's why you don't get good resolutions

  • What settings did you use for bios.? I have the same mobo and the bios settings don't match what I've seen in other guides?

  • Can you please show me how to do this i have nearly the same parts as you

    please !

  • @infamousdan619 G41m-es2l mono

    Nvidia geforce 8800 gt

    Intel core 2 duo 3.0ghz

I had it working but didn't get audio thru hdmi, so I tried changing my dsdt but messed it up. Tried deleting the file but had no luck.

  • @nandor690 k well what had me hung up was what to do after you run into a kernel panic. I figured it out since then, updated to 10.6.4 pretty smoothly. But it seems ive always got to boot with a -f or else i get a frozen black screen, any advice??? Im working on gettin my kexts right still, I was able to figure out how to get my tv to run out of my video card, but i am not getting any audio and im using s/pdif, what do u think i should do?

  • @infamousdan619
