Torrey Owen of Williams Lake BC Canada joined the Free Hugs Campaign by offering free hugs to any and every body wandering around town on Saturday of Stampede Weekend.

hey cool I remember reading about this in the paper awhile after it was over and then I ran into Torrey in my store and said hey I want my free hug too he gladly gave that hug and made my day :)

Rocco Catalano: That was as many things poking out my right hand....(and left one, too.) I got chills within 5 seconds of the start of your campaign, Tor. I hope it is still going on at least some of the time. Too bad, our politicians don't campaign with the same passion. Proud of you, Torrey!
