OBJECTIVE
• Remind people how they felt in Feb 2003 on the coming Iraq war
• Encourage people to weigh the human cost after the event
• Message to governments: people do not want wars (especially for spurious reasons like WMD)
• If a "critical mass" is reached, people will look around and see that they are in the majority.
