is this drill supposed to be like underwater breaststroke where you are supposed to feel the errors in your stroke? it looks interesting please message me back with details i want to try it in practice soon

for a second I thought "omg, your pants are coming off" then I realize you don't swim with pants. o.o then I was confused.

@RSGuides577 it's not hard, just that this was a total fiasco. As long as you can swim fly on the surface, you can do it underwater. obviously this guy cant. I just dont get it why people upload their videos as if they were actually an example of good technique, when in reality they're nothing but far from doing it right.

Yeah this stroke wasn't designed to be used underwater. I think the breastroke or just plain kicking is more effective.
