Explosion heard at Japan nuclear plant 08:13UTC 03/12/2011

CNN and FoxNews both reporting an explosion at a nuclear power plant in Japan. Radiation was already leaking and from 8 to 20x normal level.
CNBC is reporting outer structure of nuclear reactor at one of Japan's nuclear plants has been blown off after explosion

Yes it is happening. There was a fire at Onagawa nuclear power plant too, no updates yet though.
