No circles are not evil, but the use may not be good. The patterns and flashes are used to focus your attention on an object. If your attention is being focused, the question is , What are you focusing on? This may seem harmless and that may be the case, but if we are being lulled into a hypnotic state while viewing television what is that doing to your overall mental health?
